How We Work
We meet at your home to review your vision, goals, and budget, offer feedback and additional ideas, and take initial measurements with ballpark pricing.
Initial plans and redlines, then preliminary and final plans with our drafting team. Final plans go out to bid, the full scope of work is finalized, and the remodel agreement is executed.
Whether you are living in the home or not, we first protect every part of the home the remodel does not touch.
You get a construction schedule before we begin, we keep the home livable as much as possible, and construction ends with a final walkthrough and blue tape inspection.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and low voltage media, making sure everything behind the walls is set up just as you want it for future use.
Visually, the most important step. Final finishes are crafted to the highest standard to tie the original into the new, with our design consultants helping you choose what fits you best.

Co-Founder/Design and Marketing
Steve spent 15 years as a firefighter with the Boise Fire Department before moving into real estate, land development, remodeling, and home building. He builds companies that put exceptional client interaction and experience first. Away from work he is with his wife and four children, fresh off an 18-month sailing adventure around the world on a catamaran.
Co-Founder/Construction Manager
Justin comes from a long line of general contractors and tradesmen who have built successful building companies in multiple states. After 16 years in the utility industry as a lineman, he has bought, renovated, and sold over a dozen properties and continues to invest throughout Idaho. He is married to Megan and has four children.
